The VFW Auxiliary is one of the nation’s oldest veterans’ service organizations and our members are the relatives of those who have served in overseas combat.  More than 470,000 members in nearly 3,800 Auxiliaries nationwide volunteer millions of hours and fundraise millions of dollars for charitable projects that benefit Veterans, Military Service Personnel and their families.  

Through our National Programs, we assist the VFW with legislation that impacts Veterans and their families, provide nearly a million volunteer hours in the VA medical system, conduct patriotic programs with thousands of students and offer hundreds of thousands of dollars in scholarships for our nation’s youth.

The mission of the Marine Corps League is to promote the interest and to preserve traditions of the United States Marine Corps; strengthen the fraternity of Marines and their families; serve Marines, FMF Corpsmen, and FMF Chaplains who wear or who have worn the Eagle, Globe and Anchor; and foster the ideals of Americanism and patriotic volunteerism.  

The Copper State Marine Corps League supports a multitude of activities improving the lives of our Veterans and local community.  They support through: volunteering at the local VA Medical Center; Veterans’ Sports Courts Facility; providing color guards at parades; honor guards at memorial services and supporting other patriotic events. They facilitate the local Young Marines Program that instills discipline and values in our youngsters and the Toys for Tots program helping needy children throughout our local communities.  They also support our Wounded warriors, Veterans in need and their families through the Marines Helping Marines Program.
